1st November, 2026.
Hello my love,
November has a way of making us reflective.
Perhaps it is the changing weather, the earlier sunsets, or the slow realisation that another year is almost behind us. Whatever it is, this month feels like an invitation to slow down and take inventory of the things that make a life.
The people who have stayed. The memories that haven’t faded. The lessons we didn’t ask for but needed. The little things that have made ordinary days worth remembering.
This month’s journal is about
the things we carry
.
I want you to think about the experiences that have shaped you, the people who have left fingerprints on your heart, and the things you would like to make room for in the life ahead of you.
Don’t rush through these prompts.
And remember, you don’t have to have everything figured out to be making a beautiful life.
Happy writing.
